Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or cancelled after checkout.
If you feel you've placed an order incorrectly, please notify us immediately. We are unable to intercept packages once they have left the warehouse.
USPS is currently experiencing shipping delays. Please be sure to monitor your tracking details once your order has been shipped and reach out to the carrier for more details if your order is delayed.
We ship Monday through Friday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package. Once shipped, orders are estimated to arrive within 3 to 10 business days.
Orders placed over the weekend or on a public US holiday will not be processed until the following business day.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment quickly, please make sure your address is entered correctly. We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
If you refuse the shipment, you will be held responsible for the original shipping cost and additional postage due. This amount will be deducted from your store credit.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you did not receive it, you must address this with USPS. We are not responsible for packages scanned as delivered nor will we issue any refunds for shipping costs. Once a package has left our warehouse, it's unfortunately out of our hands.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return in the form of store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Packages sent out from our US and Mexico fulfillment centers are returned to our Charlotte facility. Its address: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.
Packages sent out from our facility in Canada are returned to: 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4 Canada.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
